You own it outright. It's built inside your own systems and accounts — not ours. There's no platform to stay subscribed to, and no lock-in. We hand it over documented in plain English.
Whose AI account does it run on?+
Yours. You connect your own keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and pay your own usage — usually cents per run. No middleman billing, no markup from us.
How long does a build take?+
Straightforward automations (lead routing, notifications, simple document checks) take 1–2 weeks. Multi-step AI workflows with custom logic take 3–6 weeks. We scope it before we start, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be technical to run it after handover?+
No. We document everything and walk your team through it. If you'd rather not touch it at all, an optional support retainer keeps us on call for fixes and monitoring — but it's never bundled or required.
What if it breaks?+
Every build ships with error handling, validation and logging, and is tested against messy real-world inputs before handover. If something does go wrong, it fails safely and tells you — it won't silently send the wrong thing.
